Cancellation of Booth Space:
Payment in full is due by September 1st, 2022. Failure to meet deadlines can result in forfeiture of booth space. A 50% refund will be granted if contract is cancelled prior to September 30th, no refunds for cancellations after that date. Refund requests must be made in writing.
A detailed floor plan can be found HERE. Exhibitors are currently choosing their booth locations, and an updated floor plan will be provided once this process is complete.
San Jacinto College is limited on the type, size, and weight of items (under 60 lbs.) that they can receive. We strongly encourage exhibitors to ship anything that they can to their hotel. In the event that this is not an option, please contact us. Anything that should need to be shipped to San Jacinto College MUST NOT arrive earlier than 11/1 and no later than 11/7.
